اللَّهِ تَعَالَى سَأَلَ سائِلٌ بِعَذابٍ واقِعٍ. لِلْكافِرينَ بِوَلَايَةِ عَلِيٍّ لَيْسَ لَهُ دافِعٌ ثُمَّ قَالَ هَكَذَا وَ اللَّهِ نَزَلَ بِهَا جَبْرَئِيلُ ( عليه السلام ) عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) .

علی بن ابراہیم، احمد بن محمد سے، محمد بن خالد سے، محمد بن سلیمان سے، ان کے والد سے، ابو بصیر سے، ابو عبداللہ (علیہ السلام) سے، اس قول کے بارے میں: اللہ، بلند و برتر کا: “ایک سوال کرنے والے نے ایک آنے والے عذاب کا سوال کیا۔ علی کی ولایت کے منکرین کے لیے اسے کوئی ٹالنے والا نہیں۔” پھر اس نے کہا: “یوں، اللہ کی قسم، جبرئیل (علیہ السلام) اسے محمد (صلى الله عليه وآله) پر لے کر نازل ہوئے۔”
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Khalid, from Muhammad Bin Suleyman, from his father, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the Words of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> the Exalted <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:70#h1"><a href="/books/quran:70#h1">[70:1]</a></a> A questioner, asked for the Punishment to befall <a href="/#/books/quran:70#h2"><a href="/books/quran:70#h2">[70:2]</a></a> For the unbelievers in the Wilayah of Ali</span><sup class="ibTxt">asws</sup><span class="ibTxt">, there is none to avert it</span>’. Then he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘<span style="text-decoration: underline">This is how, by Allah</span><sup style="text-decoration: underline">azwj</sup><span style="text-decoration: underline"> Jibraeel</span><sup style="text-decoration: underline">as</sup><span style="text-decoration: underline"> descended with it unto Muhammad</span><sup style="text-decoration: underline">saww</sup>’.
