أَنَّ قَوْماً أَتَوُا النَّبِيَّ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) فَقَالُوا إِنَّ بَقَرَةً لَنَا غَلَبَتْنَا وَ اسْتَصْعَبَتْ عَلَيْنَا فَضَرَبْنَاهَا بِالسَّيْفِ فَأَمَرَهُمْ بِأَكْلِهَا .

محمد بن یحییٰ نے عبداللہ بن محمد سے، انہوں نے علی بن الحکم سے، انہوں نے ابان بن عثمان سے، انہوں نے فضل بن عبدالملک اور عبدالرحمٰن بن ابی عبداللہ سے، انہوں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے کہ کچھ لوگ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ کے پاس آئے اور انہوں نے کہا: ہماری ایک گائے ہم پر غالب آ گئی اور ہمارے قابو میں نہ آئی، تو ہم نے اسے تلوار سے مارا۔ تو آپ نے انہیں اسے کھانے کا حکم دیا۔
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Abdullah Bin Muhahhad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Aban Bin usman, from Al Fazl Bin Abdul Malik, and Abdul Rahman Bin Abu Abdullah, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> that a group of people came to the Prophet<sup>saww</sup>, so they said, ‘A cow of ours overcame us and became difficult over us, so we struck it with the sword’. So he<sup>saww</sup> ordered them with eating it’.
