سَأَلْتُ أَحَدَهُمَا ( عليهما السلام ) عَنْ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ أُحِلَّتْ لَكُمْ بَهِيمَةُ الْأَنْعامِ فَقَالَ الْجَنِينُ فِي بَطْنِ أُمِّهِ إِذَا أَشْعَرَ وَ أَوْبَرَ فَذَكَاتُهُ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ فَذَلِكَ الَّذِي عَنَى اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ .

علی بن ابراہیم نے اپنے والد سے، انہوں نے ابن ابی عمیر سے، انہوں نے عمر بن اذینہ سے، انہوں نے محمد بن مسلم سے روایت کی کہ: میں نے ان دونوں میں سے ایک علیہما السلام سے اللہ عزوجل کے قول 'تمہارے لیے چوپائے مویشی حلال کیے گئے' [5:1] کے بارے میں پوچھا۔ تو انہوں نے فرمایا: ماں کے پیٹ میں جنین، جب اس کے بال اور اون آ جائیں، تو اس کا ذبح اس کی ماں کا ذبح ہے — یہی وہ ہے جو اللہ عزوجل نے مراد لیا۔
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Abu Umeyr, from Umar Bin Azina, from Muhammad Bin Muslim who said, ‘I asked one of the two (5<sup>th</sup> or 6<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>) about the Words of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:5#h1"><a href="/books/quran:5#h1">[5:1]</a></a> The cattle quadrupeds are Permissible for you</span>. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The foetus in the belly of its mother, when it grows hair and fluff, so its slaughter is the slaughter of its mother, so that is which Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic Means’.
