أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ رَفَعَهُ إِلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فَلَا اقْتَحَمَ الْعَقَبَةَ. وَ ما أَدْراكَ مَا الْعَقَبَةُ. فَكُّ رَقَبَةٍ يَعْنِي بِقَوْلِهِ فَكُّ رَقَبَةٍ وَلَايَةَ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ فَكُّ رَقَبَةٍ .

مجھے اس شخص نے خبر دی جس نے اسے ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام تک پہنچایا۔ اس کے، عز و جل، فرمان کے بارے میں: لیکن اس نے دشوار گھاٹی پر چڑھنے کی کوشش نہ کی۔ اور تمہیں کیا معلوم کہ دشوار گھاٹی کیا ہے؟ وہ ایک غلام کو آزاد کرنا ہے۔ اس کے اس فرمان کے مطابق، “ایک غلام کو آزاد کرنا”، اس سے مراد امیر المؤمنین علیہ السلام کی ولایت ہے۔ کیونکہ یہی ایک غلام کو آزاد کرنا ہے۔
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moalla Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Jamhour, from Yunus who said ‘I was informed by the one who raised it to Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, regarding the Words of the Mighty and Majestic <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:90#h11"><a href="/books/quran:90#h11">[90:11]</a></a> But he would not attempt the uphill road, <a href="/#/books/quran:90#h12"><a href="/books/quran:90#h12">[90:12]</a></a> And what will make you comprehend what the uphill road is? <a href="/#/books/quran:90#h13"><a href="/books/quran:90#h13">[90:13]</a></a> (It is) the setting free of a slave</span>. It Means by His<sup>azwj</sup> Words <span class="ibTxt">the setting free of a slave</span>, the Wilayah of Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup>, for that is the setting free of a slave’.
