سُئِلَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ ذَبِيحَةِ الذِّمِّيِّ فَقَالَ لَا تَأْكُلْهُ إِنْ سَمَّى وَ إِنْ لَمْ يُسَمِّ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Amro Bin Usman, from Mufazzal Bin Salih, from Zayd Al Shahham who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> was asked about a slaughter by the <span class="iTxt">Zimmy</span> (people under the responsibility). So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Do not eat it, whether he has Named (<span class="iTxt">Bismillah</span>) or if he has not Named (<span class="iTxt">Bismillah</span>)’.
