سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ طَعامُ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتابَ حِلٌّ لَكُمْ وَ طَعامُكُمْ حِلٌّ لَهُمْ فَقَالَ ( عليه السلام ) الْحُبُوبُ وَ الْبُقُولُ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Sinan, form Abu Al Jaroud who said, ‘I asked Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> about the Words of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:5#h5"><a href="/books/quran:5#h5">[5:5]</a></a> and the food of those who have been Given the Book is lawful for you and your food is lawful for them</span>. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The grains and the vegetables’.
