Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Abu Nasr, from the one who mentioned it, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws regarding the Words of Allahazwj Blessed and High <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:2#h173"><a href="/books/quran:2#h173">[2:173]</a></a> but whoever is driven to necessity, not rebelling, nor exceeding the limit</span>. Heasws said: ‘The rebel is one who comes out against the Imamasws, and the transgressor is the one who cuts-off the road (bandit); the dead not being Permissible to him’.
