مَنِ انْهَمَكَ فِي أَكْلِ الطِّينِ فَقَدْ شَرِكَ فِي دَمِ نَفْسِهِ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Ibrahim Bin Mihran, from Talha Bin Zayd, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> that Ali<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The one who engages in the eating of the clay so he has participated in (shedding) his own blood’.
