قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) الضِّيَافَةُ أَوَّلَ يَوْمٍ وَ الثَّانِيَ وَ الثَّالِثَ وَ مَا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَإِنَّهَا صَدَقَةٌ تُصُدِّقَ بِهَا عَلَيْهِ قَالَ ثُمَّ قَالَ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) لَا يَنْزِلُ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى أَخِيهِ حَتَّى يُوثِمَهُ مَعَهُ قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ كَيْفَ يُوثِمُهُ قَالَ حَتَّى لَا يَكُونَ عِنْدَهُ مَا يُنْفِقُ عَلَيْهِ .
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moala Bin Muhammad, from Wasil, from Abdullah Bin Sinan, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘The hospitality is on the first day, and the second, and the third, and whatever is after that, so it is a charity, you have given charity with it upon him’. He (the narrator) said: ‘Then he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Not one of you should lodge upon his brother until he is difficult with him’. It was said, ‘O Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup>! How is he difficult upon him?’ He<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘Until there does not happen to be anything in his presence what he can spend upon him’.
