Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Al Nazar, Bin Suweyd, from Ali Bin Al Salt, from a cousin of Shahaab Bin Abd Rabbih who said, ‘I complained to Abu Abdullahasws what I faced from the pains and the indigestion. So heasws said to me: ‘Have lunch and the dinner and do not eat anything between the two, for therein is the spoiling of the body. Have you not heard Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic Saying <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:19#h62"><a href="/books/quran:19#h62">[19:62]</a></a> and they shall have their sustenance therein morning and evening</span>?’
