السَّوِيقُ يُنْبِتُ اللَّحْمَ وَ يَشُدُّ الْعَظْمَ .
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Ahmad Bin Is’haq, from Bakr Bin Muhammad, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Al-Suweyq builds the flesh and strengthens the bones’.
