ثَلَاثُ رَاحَاتِ سَوِيقٍ جَافٍّ عَلَى الرِّيقِ يُنَشِّفُ الْبَلْغَمَ وَ الْمِرَّةَ حَتَّى لَا يَكَادَ يَدَعُ شَيْئاً .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Quteyba Al A’ash, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Three handfuls of dry Suweyq upon the empty stomach dries the phlegm, and the bile until it almost leaves nothing’.
