اللَّحْمُ يُنْبِتُ اللَّحْمَ وَ مَنْ تَرَكَ اللَّحْمَ أَرْبَعِينَ يَوْماً سَاءَ خُلُقُهُ وَ مَنْ سَاءَ خُلُقُهُ فَأَذِّنُوا فِي أُذُنِهِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hisham Bin Salim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The meat builds the meat, and the one who neglects (eating) the meat for forty days, his mannerisms would worsen, therefore recite the <span class="iTxt">Azaan</span> in his ears’.
