Translation

One of our companions, from Ja’far Bin Ibrahim Al Hazramy, from sa’ad Bin Sa’ad who said, ‘I said to Abu Al-Hassan Al-Rezaasws that, ‘My family are eating the meat of the goat, and are not eating the meat of the lamb’. Heasws said: ‘And why?’ I said, ‘They are saying that it is a meat which stirs the bitterness (acidity)’. So heasws said: ‘Had Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic Known of (anything) better than the lamb, Heazwj would have Sacrificed by it, meaning Is’haq’. (He, the narrator said), ‘This is how it has come in the Hadeeth’.
