John Shaqi

شَكَا نَبِيٌّ مِنَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ إِلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ الضَّعْفَ فَقِيلَ لَهُ اطْبُخِ اللَّحْمَ بِاللَّبَنِ فَإِنَّهُمَا يَشُدَّانِ الْجِسْمَ قَالَ فَقُلْتُ هِيَ الْمَضِيرَةُ قَالَ لَا وَ لَكِنِ اللَّحْمُ بِاللَّبَنِ الْحَلِيبِ .


Translation

A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Abu Abdullah, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Ubeydullah Bin Abdullah Al Dahqan, from Dorost, from Abdullah Bin Sinan, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘A Prophet<sup>as</sup> from the Prophets<sup>as</sup> complained to Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic of the weakness, so it was Said to him: “Cook the meat with the milk, for these two strengthen the body”. So I said, ‘It is Al-Muzeyra’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘No, but the meat with the yoghurt milk’.
