John Shaqi

كُنْتُ عِنْدَ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) فَدَعَا بِالْمَائِدَةِ فَأُتِيَ بِثَرِيدٍ وَ لَحْمٍ وَ دَعَا بِزَيْتٍ وَ صَبَّهُ عَلَى اللَّحْمِ فَأَكَلْتُ مَعَهُ .


Translation

Ali Bin Muhammad Bin Bundar, from Ahmad Bin Abu Abdullah, from his father, from Sa’adan Bin Muslim, from Ismail Bin Jabir who said, ‘I was in the presence of Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, so he<sup>asws</sup> called for the meal, so they came with <span class="iTxt">Sareyd</span>, and meat, and he<sup>asws</sup> called for oil and sprinkled it upon the meat, so I ate from it’.
