قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) أَقِرُّوا الْحَارَّ حَتَّى يَبْرُدَ فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) قُرِّبَ إِلَيْهِ طَعَامٌ حَارٌّ فَقَالَ أَقِرُّوهُ حَتَّى يَبْرُدَ مَا كَانَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ لِيُطْعِمَنَا النَّارَ وَ الْبَرَكَةُ فِي الْبَارِدِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Qasim Bin Yahya, from his grandfather Al Hassan Bin Rashid, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Allow the heat until it cools down, for hot food was brought near Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup>, so he<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘Allow it until it cools down, it was not for Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic to feed us the fire, and the Blessings are in the cooled (food)’.
