John Shaqi

. عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ عَلَيْكُمْ بِالسَّمَكِ فَإِنَّكَ إِنْ أَكَلْتَهُ بِغَيْرِ خُبْزٍ أَجْزَأَكَ وَ إِنْ أَكَلْتَهُ بِخُبْزٍ أَمْرَأَكَ .


Translation

<span style="font-size: small">Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, and Ali Bin Muhammad Bin Bundar, from his father and Ahmad Bin Abu Abdullah, altogether from Muhammad Bin Ali Al Hamdany</span> – similar to it. Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Ibrahim Bin Abdul Hameed who said, ‘I heard Abu Al-Hassan<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘It is on you with (eating) the fish, for if you were to eat it without bread, it would suffice you, and if you eat it with bread, it would fill you up’.
