Translation
Ali Bin Muhammad Bin Bundar, and someone else, from Ahmad Bin Abu Abdullah, from his father, from Al Qasim Bin Muhammad Al Jowhary, from Abu Al Hassan Al Asbahany who said, ‘I was in the presence of Abu Abdullahasws, so a man said to himasws and I was listening, ‘May I be sacrificed for youasws! I find the weakness in my body’. So heasws said: ‘It is upon you with (drinking) the milk, for it builds the flesh and strengthens the bones’.
