مَنْ أَرَادَ أَكْلَ الْمَاسْتِ وَ لَا يَضُرُّهُ فَلْيَصُبَّ عَلَيْهِ الْهَاضُومَ قُلْتُ لَهُ وَ مَا الْهَاضُومُ قَالَ النَّانْخَواهُ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, (It has been narrated) raising it to Abu Al-Hassan<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The one who intends to eat the yoghurt and for it not to harm him, so let him pour the digestive (الْهَاضُومَ) over it’. I said to him<sup>asws</sup>, ‘And what is the digestive?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘<span class="iTxt">Al-Nankhwah</span> (A herb)’.
