قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) مَا يَأْتِينَا مِنْ نَاحِيَتِكُمْ شَيْءٌ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنَ الْأَرُزِّ وَ الْبَنَفْسَجِ إِنِّي اشْتَكَيْتُ وَجَعِي ذَلِكَ الشَّدِيدَ فَأُلْهِمْتُ أَكْلَ الْأَرُزِّ فَأَمَرْتُ بِهِ فَغُسِلَ وَ جُفِّفَ ثُمَّ قُلِيَ وَ طُحِنَ فَجُعِلَ لِي مِنْهُ سَفُوفٌ بِزَيْتٍ وَ طَبِيخٌ أَتَحَسَّاهُ فَأَذْهَبَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ عَنِّي بِذَلِكَ الْوَجَعَ.
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, and Al Hassan Bin Ali Bin Fazzal, from Yunus Bin Yaqoub who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There has not been brought to us<sup>asws</sup> from your areas anything more beloved to me<sup>asws</sup> than the rice, and the viola. I<sup>asws</sup> complained of intense pain, so I<sup>asws</sup> was inspired to eat the rice. So I<sup>asws</sup> ordered with it, so it was washed and dried. Then it was fried, and ground, so it was made from me<sup>asws</sup> as an oiled powder, and cooked, so I<sup>asws</sup> took it, so Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic Made that pain to go away from me<sup>asws</sup>’.
