أَكْلُ الْبَاقِلَّى يُمَخِّخُ السَّاقَيْنِ وَ يَزِيدُ فِي الدِّمَاغِ وَ يُوَلِّدُ الدَّمَ الطَّرِيَّ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Ahmad, from Musa Bin Ja’far, from Muhammad Bin Al Hassan, from Umar Bin Salma, from Muhammad Bin Abdullah, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Eating the Broad-beans enhances the two thighs, and increases in the brain, and gives birth to fresh blood’.
