سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ مَنْ أَكَلَ رُمَّانَةً عَلَى الرِّيقِ أَنَارَتْ قَلْبَهُ أَرْبَعِينَ يَوْماً .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hisham Bin Salim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said, ‘I heard him<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘The one who eats a Pomegranate upon the empty stomach, illuminates his heart for forty days’.
