قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) إِنَّهُمْ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّ الْأُتْرُجَّ عَلَى الرِّيقِ أَجْوَدُ مَا يَكُونُ فَقَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) إِنْ كَانَ قَبْلَ الطَّعَامِ خَيْرٌ فَهُوَ بَعْدَ الطَّعَامِ خَيْرٌ وَ خَيْرٌ وَ أَجْوَدُ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Hammad Bin Isa, from Ibrahim Bin Umar Al Yamany who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, ‘They (people) are claiming that the Citron (eaten) upon the empty stomach is the best of what can be’. So Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘If it was before the meal, good, and if it was after the meal, good, and better, and best’.
