نِعْمَ الْبَقْلَةُ السِّلْقُ .
Translation
From him, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Hameed, from Safwan Bin Yahya, (It has been narrated) from Abu Al-Hassan<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The best of the vegetables is the Chard’.
