إِنَّ لِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ عِنْدَ فِطْرِ كُلِّ لَيْلَةٍ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ عُتَقَاءَ يُعْتِقُهُمْ مِنَ النَّارِ إِلَّا مَنْ أَفْطَرَ عَلَى مُسْكِرٍ وَ مَنْ شَرِبَ مُسْكِراً لَمْ تُحْتَسَبْ لَهُ صَلَاتُهُ أَرْبَعِينَ يَوْماً فَإِنْ مَاتَ فِيهَا مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Sayf Bin Umeyra, from Muhammad Bin Marwan, from Al Fuzayl Bin Yasaar, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic, during the breaking of the Fast in every night from the Month of Ramazan librates enslaved people from the Fire, except for the one who breaks Fast upon an intoxicant, and the one who drinks an intoxication, his Prayer would not be Reckoned for him for forty days, so if he were to die during these, he would have died a death of the Pre-Islamic period’.
