قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) مَنْ شَرِبَ خَمْراً حَتَّى يَسْكَرَ لَمْ يَقْبَلِ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ مِنْهُ صَلَاتَهُ أَرْبَعِينَ صَبَاحاً .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Khalid, from Usman Bin Isa, from Sama’at Bin Mihran, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘The one who drinks wine until he is intoxicated, Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic would not Accept his Prayer from him for forty days’.
