Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Ibn Abu Nasr, from Al Husayn Bin Khalid who said, ‘I said to Abu Al-Hassanasws, ‘We are reporting from the Prophetsaww that hesaww said: ‘The one who drinks the wine, his Prayer would not be Counted for him for forty days’. So heasws said: ‘They speak the truth’. I said, ‘And how come his Prayer would not be counted for forty days, neither less from that, nor more?’ So heasws said: ‘Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic Measured the creation of the human being, so Heazwj Caused his seed to be such for forty days. Then Transformed it, so it became a clot for forty days. Then Transformed it, so it became a lump for forty days. So he, when he drinks the wine, it remains in his bone joints for forty days upon the measurement of his Creation’. He (the narrator) said, ‘Then heasws said: ‘And similar to that for the entirety of his food intake, and his drinks, they remain in his bone-joints for forty days’.
