قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) مَنْ شَرِبَ الْمُسْكِرَ حَتَّى يَفْنَى عُمُرُهُ كَانَ كَمَنْ عَبَدَ الْأَوْثَانَ وَ مَنْ تَرَكَ مُسْكِراً مَخَافَةً مِنَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ أَدْخَلَهُ اللَّهُ الْجَنَّةَ وَ سَقَاهُ مِنَ الرَّحِيقِ الْمَخْتُومِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Abu Ayoub Al Khazzaz, from Ajlan Abu Salih who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The one who drinks the intoxicant until he ends his age would have been like a worshipper of the idols; and the one who leaves the intoxicants out of fear from Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic, Allah<sup>azwj</sup> would Enter him into the Paradise, and Quench him from the Sealed nectar (الرَّحِيقِ الْمَخْتُومِ)’.
