قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) الْقَدَحُ مِنَ النَّبِيذِ وَ الْقَدَحُ مِنَ الْخَمْرِ سَوَاءٌ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ سَوَاءٌ قُلْتُ فَالْحَدُّ فِيهِمَا سَوَاءٌ فَقَالَ سَوَاءٌ .
Translation
Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ali Bin Ma’bad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali, from Abu Kihdash, from Ali Bin Ismai, from Muhammad Bin Ababda Al Nayshapoyri who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, ‘The cup of <span class="iTxt">Al-Nabeez</span>, and the cup of the wine are equal?’ So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Yes, equal’. I said, ‘So the legal penalty (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>) with regards to the both of them is the same?’ So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Same’.
