قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) الرَّجُلُ يُهْدِي إِلَيَّ الْبُخْتُجَ مِنْ غَيْرِ أَصْحَابِنَا فَقَالَ ( عليه السلام ) إِنْ كَانَ مِمَّنْ يَسْتَحِلُّ الْمُسْكِرَ فَلَا تَشْرَبْهُ وَ إِنْ كَانَ مِمَّنْ لَا يَسْتَحِلُّ شُرْبَهُ فَاقْبَلْهُ أَوْ قَالَ اشْرَبْهُ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, form his father, form Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Al Hassan Bin Atiyya, from Umar Bin Yazeed who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, ‘The man, from other that our companions, gifted to me <span class="iTxt">Al-Bukhtuj</span> (boiled grape juice)’. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘If he was from the one who permits the intoxicants, so do not drink it, and if he was from the ones who does not permit drinking it, so accept it’, or said: ‘Drink it’.
