قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) لَا تَحْتَذُوا الْمَلْسَ فَإِنَّهَا حِذَاءُ فِرْعَوْنَ وَ هُوَ أَوَّلُ مَنِ اتَّخَذَ الْمَلْسَ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, form Al Qasim Bin Yahya, from his grandfather Al Hassan Bin Rashid, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Do not wear the flat (shoes) for these are the shoes of Pharaoh<sup>la</sup>, and he<sup>la</sup> was the first one to take to the flat (shoes without heal curve)’.
