إِذَا لَبِسْتَ نَعْلَكَ أَوْ خُفَّكَ فَابْدَأْ بِالْيَمِينِ وَ إِذَا خَلَعْتَ فَابْدَأْ بِالْيَسَارِ .
Translation
Humeyd Bin Ziyad, from Al Hassan Bin Muhammad Bin Sama’at, from Wuheyb Bin Hafs, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Whenever you wear your sandals, or your socks, so begin with the right, and whenever you take it off, so begin with the left’.
