قُلْتُ جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ رُبَّمَا كَثُرَ الشَّعْرُ فِي قَفَايَ فَيَغُمُّنِي غَمّاً شَدِيداً فَقَالَ لِي يَا إِسْحَاقُ أَ مَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ حَلْقَ الْقَفَا يَذْهَبُ بِالْغَمِّ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Yahya Bin Al Mubarak, from Abdullah Bin Jabala, from Is’haq Bin Ammar, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I said, ‘May I be sacrificed for you<sup>asws</sup>! Sometimes there are a lot of hairs in my back, so it grieves me with an intense grief’. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘O Is’haq! But, do you not know that shaving the back removes the grief?’
