Translation

A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from one of his companions, from Al Dahqan, from Dorost, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws having said: ‘There passed by the Prophetsaww a man with a long beard. So hesaww said: ‘Had he not been upon this. If only he had adjusted his beard’. So that reached the man, so he adjusted his beard to be between the two beards (medium length), then he went over to the Prophetsaww. So when hesaww saw him, hesaww said: ‘Like this, so keep doing it’.
