مَنْ سَرَّحَ لِحْيَتَهُ سَبْعِينَ مَرَّةً وَ عَدَّهَا مَرَّةً مَرَّةً لَمْ يَقْرَبْهُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَرْبَعِينَ يَوْماً .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Al Hassan Bin Atiyya, from Ismail Bin Jabir, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The one who combs his beard seventy times, and enumerates it one by one, the Satan<sup>la</sup> would not come near him for forty days’.
