قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( صلوات الله عليه ) مَنِ اكْتَحَلَ فَلْيُوتِرْ وَ مَنْ فَعَلَ فَقَدْ أَحْسَنَ وَ مَنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلْ فَلَا بَأْسَ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Abu Abdullah, from Ibn Fazzal, from Ibn Al Qaddah, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The one who applies Kohl so let him do it once, and the one who does it so he has done good, and the one who does not do it, so there is no problem’.
