إِنَّ الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ ( عليه السلام ) خَرَجَ مِنَ الْحَمَّامِ فَلَقِيَهُ إِنْسَانٌ فَقَالَ طَابَ اسْتِحْمَامُكَ فَقَالَ يَا لُكَعُ وَ مَا تَصْنَعُ بِالِاسْتِ هَاهُنَا فَقَالَ طَابَ حَمِيمُكَ فَقَالَ أَ مَا تَعْلَمُ أَنَّ الْحَمِيمَ الْعَرَقُ قَالَ فَطَابَ حَمَّامُكَ قَالَ وَ إِذَا طَابَ حَمَّامِي فَأَيُّ شَيْءٍ لِي وَ لَكِنْ قُلْ طَهُرَ مَا طَابَ مِنْكَ وَ طَابَ مَا طَهُرَ مِنْكَ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Al Hassan, and Ali Bin Muhammad Bin Bundar, from Ibrahim Bin Is’haq Al Nahawandy, from Abdul Rahman Bin Hammad, from Abu Maryam Al Ansary, raising it, said, ‘Al-Hassan<sup>asws</sup> Bin Ali<sup>asws</sup> went out from the bathhouse, a person came across him<sup>asws</sup>, so he said, ‘May your<sup>asws</sup> <span class="iTxt">Istihmamuk</span> be good’. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘O dimwit, and are you doing with utilising the ‘<span class="iTxt">ist</span>’ over here (in the word)?’ So he said, ‘May your <span class="iTxt">Hameemuk</span> be good’. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘But do you not know that <span class="iTxt">Al-Hameem</span> is the perspiration?’ He said, ‘May your <span class="iTxt">Hamaamuk</span> be good’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘And when my<sup>asws</sup> bathing is good, so which thing is for me<sup>asws</sup>, but say, ‘May it be purified what is good from you<sup>asws</sup>, and may it be good what is purified from you<sup>asws</sup>’.
