لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ تَمَسَّ الْخَلُوقَ فِي الْحَمَّامِ أَوْ تَمَسَّ بِهِ يَدَيْكَ مِنَ الشُّقَاقِ تُدَاوِيهِمَا بِهِ وَ لَا أُحِبُّ إِدْمَانَهُ وَ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَتَخَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ وَ لَكِنْ لَا يَبِيتُ مُتَخَلِّقاً .
Translation
Abu Ali Al Ashary, from one of his companions, from Ibn Abu Najran, from Abdullah Bin Sinan, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘There is no problem if you wipe <span class="iTxt">Al-Khalouq</span> in the bathhouse, or wipe your hands with it from the cracks (dry hands) to cure by it, and I<sup>asws</sup> do not like making a habit of it’. And he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem that the man applies <span class="iTxt">Al-Khalouq</span>, but he should not sleep overnight having applied it’.
