إِذَا كَانَ سَمْكُ الْبَيْتِ فَوْقَ سَبْعَةِ أَذْرُعٍ أَوْ قَالَ ثَمَانِيَةِ أَذْرُعٍ فَكَانَ مَا فَوْقَ السَّبْعِ وَ الثَّمَانِ الْأَذْرُعِ مُحْتَضَراً وَ قَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ مَسْكُوناً .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hisham Bin Al Hakam, and someone else, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘When the ceiling of the room is above seven cubits’, or said: ‘eight cubits, what is above the seven and the eight cubits is a meeting place’, and some of them said, ‘He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘A dwelling (for Satan<sup>la</sup>)’’.
