Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Al A’ala Bin Razeyn, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (The narrator says) ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about a man, the death having presented itself to him, so he liberated his slave and bequeathed with a bequest. So it was more than the third. Heasws said: ‘Enforce the emancipation of the slave, and the deficit is regarding what remains’.
