الْمُدَبَّرُ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ.
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Jameel, from Zarara, (It has been narrated) from one of the two<sup>asws</sup> (5<sup>th</sup> or 6<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>) having said: ‘<span class="iTxt">Al-Mudabbar</span> (one whose emancipation is conditional upon the death of the testator) is from the third’.
