سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ إِنَّ الْغُلَامَ إِذَا حَضَرَهُ الْمَوْتُ فَأَوْصَى وَ لَمْ يُدْرِكْ جَازَتْ وَصِيَّتُهُ لِذَوِي الْأَرْحَامِ وَ لَمْ تَجُزْ لِلْغُرَبَاءِ .
Translation
Ahmad Bin Muhammad, form Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Ali Bin Al Noman, from Abu Ayoub, from Muhammad Bin Muslim who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘The boy, when the death presents itself to him, so he bequeaths and is not aware (attained puberty), his bequest is allowed for the relatives and is not allowed for the strangers’.
