Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Fazal, from Ibn Bakeyr, from Ubeyd Bin Zurara who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about the man who gave in charity with the charity. Is it for him that he retracts with regards to his charity?’ So heasws said: ‘The charity is a newly occurring thing. But rather, the donations and the gifts were for the one who gifted or donated and he could retract regarding his gift, acquired or not acquired, and it is not befitting for the one who gives anything for the Sake of Allahazwj that he retracts with regards to it’.
