Translation

And Ibrahim Bin Muhammad Al-Hamdany wrote to himasws, ‘A deceased bequeathed that there should flow (income) upon a man what remains from his third, and did not order with the enforcement of his third. It is for the executor that he dedicates a third of the deceased (legacy) for the cause of the flowing (of the income)?’ So heasws wrote: ‘Enforce his third and do not suspend’.
