مَيِّتٌ أَوْصَى بِأَنْ يُجْرَى عَلَى رَجُلٍ مَا بَقِيَ مِنْ ثُلُثِهِ وَ لَمْ يَأْمُرْ بِإِنْفَاذِ ثُلُثِهِ هَلْ لِلْوَصِيِّ أَنْ يُوقِفَ ثُلُثَ الْمَيِّتِ بِسَبَبِ الْإِجْرَاءِ فَكَتَبَ ( عليه السلام ) يُنْفِذُ ثُلُثَهُ وَ لَا يُوقِفُ .
Translation
And Ibrahim Bin Muhammad Al-Hamdany wrote to him<sup>asws</sup>, ‘A deceased bequeathed that there should flow (income) upon a man what remains from his third, and did not order with the enforcement of his third. It is for the executor that he dedicates a third of the deceased (legacy) for the cause of the flowing (of the income)?’ So he<sup>asws</sup> wrote: ‘Enforce his third and do not suspend’.
