سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ قَسَمَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) الْفَيْءَ فَأَصَابَ عَلِيّاً ( عليه السلام ) أَرْضاً فَاحْتَفَرَ فِيهَا عَيْناً فَخَرَجَ مَاءٌ يَنْبُعُ فِي السَّمَاءِ كَهَيْئَةِ عُنُقِ الْبَعِيرِ فَسَمَّاهَا يَنْبُعَ فَجَاءَ الْبَشِيرُ يُبَشِّرُ فَقَالَ ( عليه السلام ) بَشِّرِ الْوَارِثَ هِيَ صَدَقَةٌ بَتَّةً بَتْلًا فِي حَجِيجِ بَيْتِ اللَّهِ وَ عَابِرِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ لَا تُبَاعُ وَ لَا تُوهَبُ وَ لَا تُورَثُ فَمَنْ بَاعَهَا أَوْ وَهَبَهَا فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَ الْمَلَائِكَةِ وَ النَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ صَرْفاً وَ لَا عَدْلًا .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Al Nazar Bin Suweyd, from Yahya Bin Imran Al Halby, from Ayoub Bin Atiyya Al Haza’a who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘The Prophet<sup>saww</sup> of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> distributed Al-Fey, so Ali<sup>asws</sup> got a land and there were springs in it. So the water came out gushing towards the sky as if it was a neck of the camel. Thus it was named as Yanba (gusher). So the herald of good news came with the good news, so he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Give the good news to the inheritors. It is a charity, irrevocable, in the Pilgrims of the House of Allah<sup>azwj</sup>, and the passers-by in the Way of Allah<sup>azwj</sup>. It can neither be sold, not gifted, nor inherited. So the one who sells it, or gifts it, so upon him is the Curse of Allah<sup>azwj</sup>, and the Angels, and the people altogether. Allah<sup>azwj</sup> will not Accept from him an exchange nor a ransom’.
