أَوْصَى رَجُلٌ بِثَلَاثِينَ دِينَاراً لِوُلْدِ فَاطِمَةَ ( عليها السلام ) قَالَ فَأَتَى بِهَا الرَّجُلُ إِلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) فَقَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) ادْفَعْهَا إِلَى فُلَانٍ شَيْخٍ مِنْ وُلْدِ فَاطِمَةَ ( عليها السلام ) وَ كَانَ مُعِيلًا مُقِلًّا فَقَالَ لَهُ الرَّجُلُ إِنَّمَا أَوْصَى بِهَا الرَّجُلُ لِوُلْدِ فَاطِمَةَ فَقَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) إِنَّهَا لَا تَقَعُ مِنْ وُلْدِ فَاطِمَةَ وَ هِيَ تَقَعُ مِنْ هَذَا الرَّجُلِ وَ لَهُ عِيَالٌ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad Bin Usman, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘A man bequeathed thirty Dinars for the children of Syeda Fatima<sup>asws</sup>. So the man brought it to Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>. So Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Hand it over to so and so old man from the children of Fatima<sup>asws</sup>’, and he was a breadwinner, with scarcity. So the man said to him<sup>asws</sup>, ‘But rather the man bequeathed with it for the children of Fatima<sup>asws</sup> (to you<sup>asws</sup>)’ So Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘But rather it does not fall upon the (particular) children of Fatima<sup>asws</sup>, and it falls upon this man (who is among the descendants of Syeda<sup>asws</sup>), and for him are dependants’.
