Translation
Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hassan Bin Ali Bin Yusuf, from Masny Bin Al Waleed, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws having been asked about a man who bequeathed to a man about his children and his wealth for him, and permitted it for him in the bequest that he can do some business with the wealth, and if there happens to be profit, it would be between him and them’. So heasws said: ‘No problem with it, due to the reason that his father had permitted him with regards to that and he was alive (at the time)’.
