Translation
And from himasws, about a man who bequeathed with a bequest to his relatives, and the inheritor became away (attained puberty), so he said to the executor that he should isolate a piece of land of the measurement of what the bequest can be taken out from, when it is distributed to the inheritors, and this piece of land should not be included in their distribution, or how should he deal with it?’ So heasws said: ‘Yes, such is befitting’.
