إِذَا هَلَكَ الرَّجُلُ فَتَرَكَ بَنِينَ فَلِلْأَكْبَرِ السَّيْفُ وَ الدِّرْعُ وَ الْخَاتَمُ وَ الْمُصْحَفُ فَإِنْ حَدَثَ بِهِ حَدَثٌ فَلِلْأَكْبَرِ مِنْهُمْ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Hammad Bin Isa, from Hareyz, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘When the man dies, and he leaves sons. So, for the eldest is the sword, and the armour, and the ring, and the Parchment. So if there befalls with him what befalls (death), so it is for the eldest among them’.
